Privacy Policy
Plain-language version of what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Last updated: April 19, 2026
The short version
LTP Solutions, LLC is a one-person shop. We collect the minimum we need to do the work you're hiring us for and then keep it secure. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and we don't set marketing cookies.
Who this covers
This policy applies to everyone who visits ltpsolutions.org, contacts us through the site, or becomes a customer. We're a Georgia limited liability company based in Canton, GA.
What we collect
Three buckets, and that's it:
- Things you tell us. When you submit the quote form or contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, a description of the project, and any photos or files you choose to attach. When you become a customer, we also keep records related to the work we do (invoices, estimates, job notes).
- Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our server records the IP address, approximate browser/device, and the pages requested for every visit. These logs are kept short-term for security and debugging and aren't tied to marketing profiles.
- Privacy-friendly site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't fingerprint visitors. It tells us things like “the /services page got 40 visits this week.” It doesn't tell us who you are.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising tracker.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote or contact submission.
- To scope, schedule, and complete the work you hire us for.
- To send you a confirmation email, status updates on your ticket, and invoices.
- To keep records required by law (tax, accounting, warranty).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We won't send you marketing emails you didn't ask for. If we ever start a newsletter, it'll be opt-in and one click to leave.
Who sees your data
Most of the time, just Taylor. The site runs on a small number of third-party services that see pieces of your data strictly to do their job:
- Postmark — sends the confirmation and status emails triggered by the quote and contact forms. Handles email content and delivery metadata.
- Cloudflare — DNS, DDoS protection, and Web Analytics for the site. Sees request metadata (IP, URL, user agent) the way any CDN does.
- Hostinger — hosts the web application and database.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam-protection challenge on the quote form; a cookieless alternative to reCAPTCHA.
We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it. The only other time we'd hand anything over is if we're required to by a valid legal request (subpoena, court order, etc.).
Cookies
We keep cookies to a bare minimum:
- A session cookie if you log in to the admin or check a ticket's status. It expires when your session does and exists solely to keep you signed in.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless.
How long we keep it
Quote and contact submissions are retained as long as the ticket is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically a few years) for warranty, follow-up, and tax purposes. Server logs roll over on a short cycle. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, sensitive config lives in environment variables (never in source control), admin accounts use hashed passwords, and uploaded files are stored outside the public web root. Like any small business, we do our best but can't promise a system is unbreakable. If we ever have a security incident that affects your data, we'll tell you.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data. We'll honor that unless we're legally required to keep something (e.g., a paid invoice for tax records), in which case we'll tell you what we can't delete and why.
- Opt out of any future marketing email with a single click or reply.
Email info@ltpsolutions.org with the request and we'll get back to you within a few business days.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our forms, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site for a reasonable period.
