Most small jobs can be scheduled within the same week. For larger punch lists I'll often batch the scope so you get the most out of one visit.
New electrical circuits, panel work, re-piping, HVAC, and gas work require a Georgia-licensed trade professional, and I'll tell you when your job crosses that line and refer you to someone qualified. Fixture swaps, repairs, and maintenance are all fair game.
Either works. You can have materials ready when I arrive, or I can pick them up on the way and put them on the estimate. Whichever is easier for you.
Not necessarily. Exterior work rarely needs anyone home, and for interior work many customers just meet me at the start or arrange access. Whatever you're comfortable with.
